DESCRIPTION:Ciao Tutti! Please join Simpatico with our Italian co-hosts Doria Wines as we introduce you to exclusive wines from Italian Micro Wineries. Marco Doria and Cristina Doria\, brother and sister team\, are the dynamic co-owners of Doria Wines\, a new importing company. They focus only on vineyards in Italy that are micro wineries with very limited production\, all family owned and produced\, and are new to the US market. Marco and Cristina are from Torino\, Italy\, though Cristina lives in Maryland now. \n\nAdriano Moretti of Bajaj Vineyards will also be joining us on Zoom all the way from Piedmont!\n\nOur dinner starts at 7 PM\, but as an added optional bonus\, Marco and Cristina will join the Zoom early at 6 PM\, to demonstrate to those who want to join early how to make the Mushroom Cheese sauce for the gnocchi dish and the Duck Breast preparation.  \n\nFor this event\, we will be cooking again! Preparations are simple and delicious\, you won't regret the cook-up\, we promise! Non-Meat alternatives for the 4th course can be accommodated upon request.
