Join us for a class all about Grains, Beans, and Fregola: fall cooking staples to warm you up during the cooler months! We have paired 3 amazing Italian white and red wines to pair with the courses. If you have been to our cooking events, you know the food is always fabulous and pairs well with the wines for a fun and educational experience. You will receive the recipes and can purchase the food ingredients and the wine served in the shop at a special discount to recreate this great meal. Seating is limited in the 2 sessions, the sessions are at Noon and 2 PM.
As Chef Dawn shows you how to prepare the 3 courses, Bobbi will introduce the paired wines, along with commentary from the importer of the wines served with the lunch. Hope to see you for this event in our Trattoria Simpatico at 104 Railroad Ave. Salute!
