12 PM Cold Weather Comfort Cooking Class

Get out of the cold and join us for a class where you learn to prepare some delicious comfort food courses. We will pair amazing Italian wines with each course. If you have been to our cooking events, you know the food is always fabulous and pairs well with the wines for a fun and educational experience. You will receive the recipes and can purchase the food ingredients and the wine served in the shop at a special discount to recreate this great meal. Seating is limited in the 2 sessions, the sessions are at Noon and 2 PM.

As Chef Dawn shows you how to prepare the 3 courses, Bobbi will introduce the paired wines with our importer Cristina Doria, owner of Doria Wines with exclusive wines from micro wineries in Italy. Hope to see you for this event in our Trattoria Simpatico at 104 Railroad Ave. Salute!
